Amersham Hybond-XL is a novel, charged nylon membrane that has a greater concentration and a more even distribution of positive charge than other charged nylon membranes. It retains all the features of other nylon membranes including high binding capacity up to 600 µg/cm², efficient binding of small fragments, effective probe removal, and exceptional properties for reprobing.
