STIRRING SHAFTS, GROUND, 19MM, CHEM-STIR™

A 19mm OD precision ground stirrer shaft with our patented** Chem-Stir™ blade attachment system. Shaft (C) has been manufactured with a ring at the lower end to permit attachment of the blade (B) with a PTFE nut (D) and bolt (A). Shaft is supplied complete with PTFE nut and bolt set. The top end of the stirrer shaft is reduced to 1/2” (12.7mm) to fit into a CG-2046-03 universal adapter while the unground length varies to accommodate different flask capacities. PLEASE NOTE: THESE SHAFTS ARE NOT TO BE USED WITH ANY TYPE OF PTFE BEARING. FOR POLISHED SHAFTS USED WITH PTFE BEARINGS SEE CG-2087.

· Unique Design Permits The Proper Amount Of Tension To Be Applied To The Blade, Thereby Preventing The Blade From Flipping Over To The Incorrect Side During Insertion Into The Flask
